Our service pros clean homes Monday to Friday between 8AM and 5PM. We provide a timeframe for the cleaning and will make an effort to adhere to your schedule.

You may want to be there for the first time to meet the person who will be providing you service, however it is not necessary.
Once recurring service is provided, many clients prefer to provide a key via their property management so they are not inconvenienced – the maids just show up and clean. If you wish to hide a key on your premises, please call or email the office with the location so we can notify the team prior to their arrival.

We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you, if possible. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you need to add or change services during a cleaning appointment, please contact the scheduling team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

One individual is usually sent. If you would prefer two maids, please let us know.

At Kismet Pros, the safety and security of our customers is a top priority. All of our employees undergo a thorough background check and are trained to use safe and effective cleaning techniques.

You will receive an email reminder (and text reminder if specified when booking) the day before the first scheduled cleaning as a reminder of the cleaning appointment. If the team is dispatched, drives to your home, and we can’t get in to clean, a $60.00 trip fee will be assessed. This is a minimal fee that is in place to cover the cost of our transportation, and our employee wages as they travel to and from your home.
Please contact us to reschedule your appointment prior to the scheduled cleaning day to avoid this charge.
